The business operates a quality management system with the managing director having overall responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of the system are implemented and maintained.
We utilise the information generated by our Quality Management System to ensure that our decision-making retains a factual base. At the strategic level, the regular review of our quality management system and customer feedback ensures that our service is in tune with client expectations.
We are committed to the Training and Development of our personnel. Resource and training requirements are regularly reviewed for the organisation as a whole to ensure that all employees are given an equal chance of development and are able to play their role in the implementation of this policy and contribute to the overall success of the Company.
